Hey fellow travelers and planners,

Crazy times!
As this wave of uncertainty hits the world and especially over the travel industry, please be assured we are here for you.

Since I’m a passionate traveler, planner and business owner myself, I understand the hardship you are going through. I also deeply understand the fears travelers face as I just returned from 2 weeks in South America. Find out how I surfed the wave of closures and barely got home.

It seems likely that the next few weeks and months will be turbulent, but we know the world can’t close forever and people will travel again.
As an agile software provider, we have built our platform to allow for flexibility so your company can adapt as needed without having to write custom code:

  • Two new Refund Payment options
  • Remote team collaboration tools like Trip Notes & Activity Feed help you stay on top of what’s going on without face to face chats
  • Use “APPROXIMATE” dates to allow for uncertain departure dates
  • Create your own TEMPLATES of the trips you had to cancel to prepare for future recovery

We are committed to keep you informed and connected.
Our Community Meetup this week opens the discussion of best practices and recovery strategies. If you didn’t have a chance to join us live, the replay will be available online. During this time, we will be sharing free relevant resources, including practical steps travel organizers can take to manage their businesses through COVID-19, and strategies for adapting to future challenges.

This outbreak is personal to each and every one of us. As always, you can live chat with our support team members and they will be reaching out to your personally to arrange calls so you can use the extra time you have to learn about advanced features you missed during the busy times.

Stay safe, and remember, like any wave, this too shall pass,

Jen Fein
Co-Founder & CEO
