On each trip, we have different travel payment plans and ways you can get paid. You can choose from up to 5 PAYMENT METHODS including credit card, PayPal, paying over the phone, direct bank transfer, or use our custom payment link with no booking or credit card fees. We want to ensure you get paid the way you prefer!
Plus it's easy to keep track of all payments on the trip dashboard you would have already set up!
You can still offer CUSTOMIZABLE PRICING to VIP clients, larger groups, couples, and trip leaders. Being able to set the default for the trip and then customize the price per traveler or family is ideal because as we have said before - not every traveler is the same!
Participants will see the updated pricing in real-time so you can apply DISCOUNTS and coupons as you wish. Having their vacation payment plans online and invoices on the same personalized page as the itinerary means everything is all in one place. Keep it super simple and straightforward to use.
Additionally, we allow SPLIT PAYMENTS between travelers or sub-group them as a couple or family for one combined invoice by using our invitation groups feature. You can still track individuals for headcount but now, keeping track of who has paid for who is much simpler!
